My Story

With over 30 years of experience as a licensed psychologist, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to provide therapeutic solutions, insights, and evidence-based strategies to help you foster deeper connections with yourself and others.

In my therapeutic practice, I integrate a combination of Interpersonal, Cognitive-Behavioral, Dialectical Behavior, Attachment, Somatic, and Psychodynamic theoretical orientations to help create lasting change. I am a certified to administer Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)™, Brainspotting™, and the Flash Technique™ for trauma-related issues.

I have practiced in hospitals, community mental health clinics, addiction recovery centers, secondary schools, college counseling centers, for-profit and non-profit organizations, and private practice.

My secular-based approach fosters a safe, welcoming, and affirming environment for all clients, respecting diversity in race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, ability, and other legally protected characteristics.
